Life as a cowboy wasn’t all hard work and long hours. The women of the open range were truly "renaissance" leaders... able to ride, rope, and wrangle with the men, they also found time to dream of the trappings of a more civilized life. In the Four Lakes room, pictures of working ranch women are juxtapositioned with an authentic sewing machine and flowered print fabric. The most feminine of the rooms, Four Lakes shares a ‘Jack and Jill’ bath with the Hat Ranch room and has a queen size bed.
